Beyond frameworks and competencies, it asks coaches to cultivate presence, awareness, listening, discernment, and the ability to stay thoughtfully engaged with human complexity.
I work with coaches on a case-by-case basis through reflective conversations, mentor coaching, practice development, and deeper exploration around coaching practice — supporting them in refining both their coaching presence and their way of working with clients.
