Training | Emotional Intelligence

Designed and facilitated learning programs for senior managers working on India's high-speed rail project across the Ahmedabad–Surat corridor. The sessions focused on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, communication, and collaborative problem-solving in complex project environments.

The impact of the program led to its expansion across multiple project sites, creating opportunities for a wider group of leaders to engage with these conversations. The experience reinforced the role of emotional intelligence in strengthening collaboration, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness.

Executive Coaching | Associate Director to Director Transition

A high-potential leader was identified for a future Director-level role and engaged in coaching to prepare for the transition. The journey brought together organizational expectations, manager feedback, and the client's own aspirations for growth.

Over time, she evolved from a highly reactive, execution-focused leadership style to a more thoughtful executive presence marked by greater strategic thinking, influence, and self-awareness. One particularly meaningful shift was her willingness to embrace reflection and mindfulness—practices that felt unfamiliar in a career shaped largely by numbers and performance. By the end of the journey, she had not only stepped into the role, but into a different way of leading.

Team Development | Outbound Learning Experience

A growing FoodTech organization invited me to design and facilitate an offsite experience with a simple objective: help people connect beyond their day-to-day roles and strengthen communication across the team.

Through a mix of experiential activities, reflective conversations, and positive psychology-based interventions, the retreat created space for people to engage with one another differently. One piece of feedback stayed with me: several participants shared that they understood their colleagues better over that weekend than they had after years of working alongside each other. The experience became a powerful reminder that strong teams are built on relationships, not just collaboration.

"I began working with Jatin ahead of a major transition in my life, and what followed became a meaningful two-year coaching journey.

He helped me take ownership of my choices and put me firmly in the driver's seat of my life. Through our conversations, I learned the value of rituals, self-awareness, mindfulness, and building on my strengths. His thoughtful questions, active listening, and non-judgmental presence helped me navigate challenges and strengthen both my personal and professional relationships.

The best part is that he taught me how to coach myself. I continue to draw on many of the tools and perspectives that emerged through our work together."

Leadership Offsite | Team Alignment

This organization engaged me to work with its leadership team ahead of a significant phase of expansion. The objective was not simply to develop leaders, but to uncover the challenges, frictions, and blind spots that could limit future growth.

The engagement involved multiple site visits, one-on-one conversations, observations, and a leadership offsite in Mount Abu. Carefully designed activities helped surface key organizational and interpersonal bottlenecks, creating space for honest dialogue and problem-solving. A particularly meaningful outcome was a dedicated founders session, for a separate conversation around their own patterns and challenges that had surfaced during the engagement.

Army Officer Selection

Coaching | Personality Development

A young, ambitious girl from Karnataka approached me with a clear goal: to join the Indian Army. She had attempted the selection process multiple times and was consistently clearing the physical rounds. The challenge emerged during the personal interview rounds, where she was repeatedly described as "too stiff" in her interactions.

Over the months that followed, we worked on her self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, strengths, and her expressions with greater confidence and authenticity. She eventually secured selection into the Indian Army, graduating as the All India Rank 1 candidate! To this day, I still receive calls and updates from her when she goes back to her village. It remains one of the most rewarding coaching journeys of my career.

"I am glad I chose Jatin as a coach. He is a thoughtful listener, deeply understanding, and exceptional at humanizing conversations. Every interaction with him has felt like a peek into the potential—helping me work on myself with greater awareness and intention.

What I value most is that our conversations are never just professional. There is always a personal dimension that brings depth and perspective to the process. I have experienced significant positive change since we began working together, and I remain grateful for the role he has played in that journey."

Group Coaching Experience | Exploring the Potential of Coaching

I was invited to facilitate a group session for a leadership team that was exploring coaching as a possible investment for its people and culture initiatives. Many participants were familiar with training and consulting, but less so with the role coaching could play in leadership development.

Through experiential exercises, reflection, and dialogue, the session offered a first-hand experience of coaching in action. The conversations helped participants explore how coaching could support leaders in navigating challenges, strengthening self-awareness, and aligning more effectively with the organization's vision and values. The engagement ultimately led to a broader coaching partnership with the organization.

Wellbeing Initiative | Positive Psychology

As part of a global wellbeing initiative, I was invited to design and facilitate a learning journey for employees across geographies and time zones. The objective was to create a meaningful experience that went beyond traditional wellbeing conversations and encouraged deeper reflection.

The program was built around four themes: discovering personal values, identifying strengths, defining success through strengths, and exploring meaning and purpose. Delivered across a diverse employee population, the journey generated strong participation and engagement. The sponsor received encouraging feedback from participants, many of whom appreciated the opportunity to reflect on their strengths, aspirations, and sense of purpose.
